User Guide

Everything in the shell and each domain node — how to get started, where data lives, and how to connect your apps.

Getting started

  1. Create your account

    Sign up from the landing page or /auth/signup. Use the same account on web and mobile.

  2. Pick your hats

    On the landing quiz, select the nodes that match your life — BizNode, HomeNode, VANode, and others. You can change hats later in the Node Gallery (/shell).

  3. Open the shell

    After sign-in, visit /shell to see your enabled nodes in the sidebar. Open /dashboard for your unified hub.

  4. Connect apps

    In each node, use Connected Apps or the Calendar/Inbox integrations page to OAuth-link Gmail, Slack, Google Calendar, and health tools.

  5. Work in nodes

    Each node saves your inputs automatically. Sign in on another device to sync recipes, lists, hats, and widget data from Supabase.

Plans at a glance

  • Core (free) — BizNode, VANode, and HomeNode (including ChefNode recipes). 2 invoices, 2 EOD reports, and 2 transcriptions per month; 1 kanban board per month; 5 Linos chats per day; 2 LifePulse plan generations per month; 3 EOD screen recordings per month (in-browser review only).
  • Sync ($24/mo or $19/mo billed annually) — Unlocks VitalNode, raises AI and integration limits, monthly caps for invoices / EOD / transcriptions / kanban boards, 15 downloadable EOD screen recordings per month, and VANode billable-hours tracking.
  • Nexus ($59/mo or $49/mo billed annually — $588/year) — Full access including TraderNode and ProNode, unlimited EOD screen recordings (15 min max per session), highest AI credits, and expanded capacity for agencies.

How data saves

LifeNode OS stores shell state (hats, display name, last node) in Supabase. Node widgets — recipes, grocery lists, budgets, kanban, and more — sync per user. Local storage is a fast cache; cloud wins when newer. Your data is merged, not reset, on refresh or deploy.

Sign in on every device you use. Without Supabase credentials in production, the UI may show empty defaults even though your cloud rows still exist — contact support if data looks missing after deploy.

Trackers, calm wheel, and Linos chat for cross-hat commitments.

LifeNode OS is a responsive web app — no separate install required. On your phone, open lifenodeos.com in Safari or Chrome, sign in, and use the menu (top right) to reach Pricing, the catalog, FAQ, and this documentation.

Add to your home screen for quick access: in Safari tap Share → Add to Home Screen; in Chrome tap the menu → Add to Home screen.
